PRCM’ 2017 Forum: the down count has begun

We are now three weeks away from the 9th edition of the Coastal and Marine Forum, scheduled to take place from 23rd to 27th October in Conakry, Guinea. Many of you have registered for the event and responded to the call for proposals launched in May 2017. More than a hundred proposals were received by the Selection Committee and were subjected to a thorough screening process. Eventually, more than thirty papers and side events were selected. Confirmation messages were sent to the relevant speakers. Invitation letters were also extended to those who have registered.

Moreover, the overall programme of the meeting is now available and can be downloaded from this link. From Monday to Friday will take place in turn the Conference of Leaders, side events, thematic workshops, etc. Special events are also planned, such as a tribute to Luc Hofmann, Founder of the MAVA Foundation, PRCM’s key financial partner.

Though already rich in content, the programme will accommodate booth activities, exhibitions and a prize presentation ceremony.

Full details, along with dates, time and venues will be communicated to you next week.

An excursion trip will be proposed at the end of the meeting. Arrangements for participation will be sent in due time. In the meantime, you can find all the information you may need to facilitate your participation in the 9th Forum.
